Safety staffing is a high-stakes hire: on oil, gas, mining, and construction projects, getting it wrong puts people at real risk, so contractors and hiring managers can't afford to gamble on an unproven brand. Hire Elite needed to solve a problem most agencies don't face — convincing two very different audiences, the hiring managers making the decision and the safety professionals they're trying to hire, to trust the same brand for opposite reasons.

I built Hire Elite from the ground up — brand identity, website, every touchpoint in between — and my team and I even named the company itself. The brand had to read as established and serious enough to reassure hiring managers making a critical call, while still feeling approachable enough to attract the safety professionals applying for the job. Confident, no-nonsense type and industrial imagery carried the credibility; clear job categories and a simple application path carried the usability — one brand, doing two jobs at once.
